The very long await for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is almost over. It has been nearly 4 years since the Metal Gear Solid 3: Sons of Liberty came out on the PlayStation 2. This will be the last MGS that Solid Snake will star in, and this will be, by far, his “finest hour.”

MGS4 will be bring back all of the cool tricks and gadgets, as well as throwing in several new ones to help you out on your final mission. You will still have your CODEC and your trusted friend Otacon to help you out. One of the really cool new features is the Octocamo. It is a type of camouflage that allow Solid Snake to blend into the surroundings, so as long as your alert isn’t very high an enemy can walk right by you and they will never know it.
